Krasnoyars Krai and French Company "CIFAL" plan to cooperate.

The Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Krasnoyarsk Krai under the Russian Government, Andrei Wolf, held a working meeting with the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of “CIFAL” Mr. Gilles Remy. The French company "CIFAL" provide a wide range of technical and industrial services  and services for prompt commercial support.

Krasnoyarsk Krai and  French Republic are connected by long-term mutually beneficial cooperation. Trade in the first half of this year amounted to 17,591.7 thousand $. The parties are interested in increasing trade and economic ties and strengthening cooperation.

Andrei Wolf said, that French companies such as “Decathlon”, “Leroy Merlin” and “Auchan” already have successful experience in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. In addition, the region has a huge economic, industrial and investment potential.

Andrei Wolf elaborated on the large-scale project “Yenisei Siberia”, which will be implemented in the region and may be of interesting  for the French partners.

Mr. Gilles Remy stressed, that the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Krasnoyarsk city arouse a great interest to French entrepreneurs and investors and expressed a concernment in the possibility of building a comfortable five-star hotel, as well as the possibility of participating in projects implemented in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of “CIFAL” Mr. Gilles Remy noted,  that the meeting will mark the beginning of a closer cooperation between company "CIFAL" and Krasnoyarsk Krai. Issues that could not be discussed at the last round of negotiations will be resolved in working order. According to the words of  Mr. Gilles Remy, it is a question of “moving as soon as possible to start a  work on the construction of a hotel complex.”
