​Krasnoyarsk doctors will go on  work experience in clinics in Germany.

Doctors of the leading clinics of Krasnoyarsk went for internships to the largest clinics in Germany on November, 5.

The selection of specialists for internship in foreign hospitals took place in two stages. In the major medical institutions of Krasnoyarsk, commissions were formed that made lists of doctors who are candidates for advanced training. The evaluation took into account the work experience in the sphere, the demand in highly qualified personnel in specific areas, the ability to work with the latest generation of medical equipment. At the second stage, the selection of specialists was carried out by a commission established in the regional Ministry of Healthcare.

According to the results of the competitive selection of 40 candidates, 25 people were identified, who went to the leading clinics. During the month, Krasnoyarsk doctors will work with world-renowned experts in the field of heart surgery, oncology, traumatology and neurology.

We add, that in early October, Alexander Uss proposed to consider the possibility of sending doctors for internship abroad for a whole year. "We don't have to transform trips abroad into medical tourism. I think we should have another internship format where doctors can work in clinics for a year. We have to send a group of 10-20 people annually to those who will subsequently successfully provide high-tech care to patients. We can't spare money on this", - the Head of the region said.

It should be noted that all physicians who are in the internship program have committed themselves to work in medical institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for at least 5 years.
