​Deputy Head of Mayor's Department – Vadim Falaleev met with Harbin delegation (China). Head Doctor of Harbin Children's Hospital - Mr. Li Huaining and Surgical Director of Rehabilitation Department - Mr. Lyu Zhihaiand are leaders of delegation.

Harbin Children's Hospital is the only high-profile, child-care and 3rd grade clinic in Heilongjiang province. Harbin Children's Hospital was considered by WHO (World Health Organization) as a medical authority with high-quality service and kind relation to children. Harbin Children's Hospital was twice awarded as a “exemplary institute” in national health system in Harbin and Heilongjiang province. Deputy Head of Mayor's Department – Vadim Falaleev said during the meeting: “Using of modern methods of cure and ancient experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine is very valuable. Such integration gives good results. Krasnoyarsk city Administration is ready to support this cooperation”.

Leaders of Chinese delegation said, that they already have the experience of   integration of modern European Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Mr. Lyu Zhihaiand was very interested in Krasnoyarsk methods of cure in pediatrics.

Deputy Head of Mayor's Department – Vadim Falaleev said in the end of the meeting: “Harbin is dependable and old friend of Krasnoyarsk. Agreement signed in 2003 helps us to cooperate in different spheres: economics, culture, social politics, municipal practices. I’m very glad, that medicine is one more area connecting two our cities. Surely, studying and implementation of progressive foreign methods of cure will definitely improve health condition of Krasnoyarsk children”.
