The programme of the Festival titled The Sounds Element includes performances by the national orchestras of the Tuva and Buryat Republics, the Republic of Khakassia, the orchestra of the Dance Theatre of Yakutia and the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Russian Orchestra. Olena Uutai, a famous ethnomusician from Yakutia, was announced as a special guest of the festival.

​According to the representatives of the Festival's organisers Krasnoyarsk Philharmonics, the participating musicians are set on demonstrating the true musical capabilities of traditional folk instruments, on proving they are capable of performing everything without exception: not only folk music, but classics and modern 21st century pieces as well.

The Festival will open with a performance by the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Russian Orchestra. Soloists and conductors – the participants and guests of the festival – will perform together with the orchestra.

In addition to Krasnoyarsk, concerts are planned to be hosted in Lesosibirsk, Achinsk, Kansk, Minusinsk and Sharypovo.
