This year over 240 projects and achievements from 15 countries, including Australia, the USA, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Ireland, have received nominations for the award. Among the Russian participants are representatives of 59 regions.

This Krasnoyarsk project was regarded among the best. During the World Winter Universiade-2019 in Krasnoyarsk, two stylized polar tents and a real meteorological station were installed at the Cape Chelyuskin location, along with a radio shack from the 60s and various unique artifacts of famous Soviet polar explorers presented there, namely radio stations, compasses, furniture, Arctic clothing, newspapers, documents and different utensils. Available for visitors were also various photo zones, a field kitchen, and a polar mail service, where one could send the Russian Geographical Society postcard to anyone. Also in the framework of the project were presented the details of the legendary Tyurikov aircraft.

Thousands of visitors left reviews on the Russian Geographical Society project. Among them were requests to preserve the idea of this historical site in the form of a permanent museum complex.

A total of more than 100 thousand people visited the Cape Chelyuskin location during the days of the Universiade, which resulted in it becoming one of the most popular locations in the Universiade Park.
