​A full-length documentary about the cultural life of Krasnoyarsk showed up on the YouTube channel of the ARTpatrol project.

The art blogger Yuri Omelchenko visited Siberia for the first time, met with the Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin, the Minister of Culture of Krasnoyarsk Region Arkady Zinov, immersed himself in the cultural life of the city. The Moscow video blogger visited the main events of KRYAKK in Siberia, the Ploschad Mira (Mira Square) Museum Centre, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Philharmonic, and the Pushkin Drama Theatre, according to the project’s description.

The movie events happen in the five days of Krasnoyarsk during the 13th Book Culture Fair. In the documentary, one can enjoy interviews with the co-founder of the Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation Irina Prokhorova, the world opera diva Yulia Lezhneva, journalist Nikolai Svanidze, the art director of the Museum Centre Sergei Kovalevsky.

Project ARTpatrol is the winner of the Innovation Prize in the field of Contemporary Art. Its author and all-time host Yury Omelchenko covers exhibitions, important events in the art world, interviews artists, curators, art historians and other contemporary artists.
