​One of the first to announce the nominations of the prestigious «Golden Mask» was the Krasnoyarsk Pushkin Drama Theatre. The long-list also includes Krasnoyarsk Theatre for Young Audiences, the Puppet Theatre and the State Opera and Ballet Theatre. The main programme of the festival is scheduled for next year, from February to April, whereas the winners will be announced on April 15.

Last year, two plays by Krasnoyarsk theatres were awarded with the Mask. The jury appreciated the work of the conductor and lighting director. Pushkin Theatre, for instance, was nominated in 9 categories. 

This year, the Drama Theatre will be presenting the «We, Heroes» play by the main director. The creators are ready to compete in the nominations «Best Short Form Play», «Best Director», «Best Supporting Role», «Best Illustrator», «Best Costume Designer».

The Opera and Ballet Theare presented the comic opera titled «The Breasts of Tiresias», while also competing in the nominations «Best Director», «Best Conductor», «Best Female Role» and «Best Play».
