Viktor Shevchenko 
was born 18 September 1965 in Uzhgorod (Ukraine).
Education: 1) Medical treatment, Krasnoyarsk state medical institute, 1988 (qualification “doctor of medicine”);
2) Law, Krasnoyarsk state university, 2003 (qualification “lawyer”);
3) State and municipal management, Moscow state institute of international relations (University) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2003 (qualification “manager”).
Within the governmental Russian-American agreement Mr. Shevchenko studied in the Academy of Public Economy by Government of Russia on specialized program of preparing of high qualification healthcare managers in 1995-96.
He had study courses in healthcare management in the USA in 1996, 1999, 2005, 2006.
Work experience: after graduating from Krasnoyarsk medical institute in 1988, worked as doctor-physician in medical-sanitary department №46 (Krasnoyarsk city).
In 1991-93 studied in clinical residency by specialty “Therapy”, and after ending was appointed as deputy head of medical-sanitary department №46 by Healthcare Ministry of Russian Federation.
In 1996-97 worked as first deputy director executive of Krasnoyarsk regional fund of necessary medical insurence
From the 1 July 1997 Viktor Shevchenko was appointed as a head of a main healthcare department of Krasnoyarsk administration.
Honors ant titles: for the services in healthcare sphere and a long-year honest work, by the decree of Russian President in 2006, Viktor Shevchenko is awarded with honored title “Honored doctor of Russian Federation”.
Doctor of Medicine, M.D., professor, healthcare organizer of highest quality category.
Married. Wife and son are doctors.
