From 1999 till 2010 worked as director general of Joint-stock company “Irkutskgrazhdan proekt”. Till 2010 was a head of LLC “Zabaikalsk institute of territorial planning”.
Till 22.04.2013 according to contest started his work in Krasnoyarsk city Administration as a Vice-Mayor, Head of Architecture Department, Chief Architector of the city
Andrey Makarov is the president of “Baikalsk society of architectures and engineers”, professor of International academy of architecture in Moscow.
