In 2023, at the "Russia" exhibition in Moscow, the exhibit dedicated to the Krasnoyarsk Region attracted the most visitors. On December 15, 2025, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the National Centre "Russia" devoted to our region and the Siberian Federal District opened in Krasnoyarsk.

The exhibition includes 21 meaningful locations: the visitor is supposed to move from "powerful fields" to "living domains," from industry to nature, from the environment to people and the future, education, youth, and professions. The exhibition is fully interactive, making it easy for both adults and children to engage with.

The National Centre also houses cultural and business areas, a gift shop selling Russian and local goods, food shops, and even screening rooms.

Two Arctic graylings have become the symbol of this specific Krasnoyarsk Region-dedicated centre. They form the letter "O," as in the word "Otechestvo" (i.e. "Fatherland") and are reminiscent of the Chinese yin and yang. The fish's scales are decorated with elements of the Orkhon-Yenisei runic script and Old Church Slavonic initials. The graylings represent the Yenisei River.

The opening ceremony of the National Centre was attended by Alexei Zharich, Deputy Head of the Presidential Directorate for Public Projects; Sergei Gryzykhin, Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District; regional governors; representatives of the executive and legislative branches of the Krasnoyarsk Region. Among the distinguished foreign guests were Petros Tseggai Asghedom, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Eritrea to the Russian Federation; Azamat Kabayev, Vice Consul of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Krasnoyarsk; and Shohrat Rustam oglu Mustafayev, Acting Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Yekaterinburg. Their visit underscores the importance of the new cultural and exhibition complex not only for Russia but also for strengthening international humanitarian ties.
