The programme will bring together leading experts from across the country and around the world. The halls and classrooms of the Hvorostovsky Siberian State Institute of Arts will serve as the venues for the sessions.

Participants in the educational programme will have the opportunity to meet Svetlana Efimova, a pianist and vocal coach. Beginning in 2009, she spent many years preparing operatic and concert repertoire with Dmitri Hvorostovsky, serving as his regular partner both on stage and in the recording studio. Their collaboration yielded numerous outstanding performances and recordings, including a celebrated version of Georgy Sviridov's song cycle Russia Adrift ("Otchalivshaya Rus'"). Today, Svetlana continues this work by passing on the experience she gained through those years of collaboration to a new generation of artists.

The programme of masterclasses and lectures covers every facet of the art of opera. Moscow-based expert Yulia Voronina will work with the participants, helping singers overcome psychological barriers and discover inner freedom on stage.

Special emphasis will be placed upon the mastery of vocal phonetics. Lectures and individual classes in French and German will be led by recognized experts from the Young Artists Opera Programme of the Bolshoi Theatre.

Vyacheslav Starodubtsev, Golden Mask awardee and chief director of the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, will share the secrets of stagecraft. Also arriving in Krasnoyarsk is Jörn Boysen—a renowned organist, conductor, and faculty member at the Utrecht Conservatory—who will bring a European perspective on the interpretation of classical works to the program.

The organisers emphasise that preserving and developing the traditions established by Dmitri Hvorostovsky remains the Festival's primary mission:

— The Festival's educational segment is more than just a series of lessons; it is an opportunity for young performers to journey from a mere "sketch" of a musical part to a profound, fully realized interpretation.

The educational programme is not limited to art students. Anyone with an interest in the world of vocal art is welcome to join the masterclasses and lectures as an observer.
