09.10.2026This year, Siberia's main media event is taking place at a new venue: the National Centre "Russia" recently opened in Krasnoyarsk. Among those participating are professional journalists, editors, bloggers, designers, media managers, marketers, press service staff, and university students. More than 1,500 media communications specialists from 42 regions of the country—including the new territories—are taking part.

The Forum traditionally opened with a plenary session. Director General of the National Association of Broadcasters Alexander Shirokikh served as the moderator. The speakers included prominent media experts Ksenia Achkasova, Evgeny Bekasov, Ekaterina Mizulina, Mikhail Kanavtsev, Firdus Aliev, and Irina Brezhneva.
Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Region Alexey Dodatko welcomed the participants:
— This year, the "Yenisey" Media Forum has drawn a record number of participants—1,500 people from various regions of Russia. A whopping 500 more than in 2025. It is highly significant for us that the Krasnoyarsk Region has become a proven destination that attracts people interested in the media agenda and the development of the media sphere as a whole.
The theme of the "Yenisey-2026" media forum is "The Image of the Future: The Impact of Media." Key issues discussed include artificial intelligence, social media promotion, media security, the creation of high-quality media content, and the development of Russian e-platforms.
Over the course of two days, participants at the country's largest professional media forum can look forward to masterclasses, workshops, seminars, open lectures, professional discussions, real-world case studies, and valuable networking opportunities. Speakers will include representatives from major media holdings, PR specialists, bloggers, advertising industry professionals, and experts from the Russian Union of Journalists, Moscow State University, Russian Association of Political Consultants, VK, Dzen, National Association of Broadcasters, TASS, and other leading organisations. The two-day programme places a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on experience.
