In addition to an extensive exhibition at the new venue, SCAN FAIR -2026 will feature education-, business-, and children-oriented events, as well as a parallel programme hosted at various locations across Krasnoyarsk. In total, visitors can look forward to over 30 discussions, meetings, and events featuring experts from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Ufa, Novosibirsk, and Khabarovsk.

The business programme will bring together four sessions on the interaction between business, culture, and the creative industries—covering topics ranging from the marketing of cultural projects to brand creation based on local identity and cultural heritage.

The educational programme is broader in scope, featuring ten sessions covering the art market, the artist-gallery relationship, and personal branding within the field. Self-described 'AI artist' Valeria Titova will give a lecture on the nature of authorship when a neural network performs part of the creative work. A dedicated segment focuses on the regional art market: gallerists from the regions and Moscow will discuss the structure of their professional networks and the challenges facing the local art scene. Additionally, the fair will see the debut of SCAN MARKET, an online store offering works by artists from Siberia, the Urals, and the Russian Far East.

For children aged 10 to 15, workshops covering eight different topics—ranging from linocut and zine-making to papier-mâché and upcycling—will be held throughout the four days of the fair. On the weekend, these will be joined by sessions on music album design and textile collage.

Some events will take place at other venues across Krasnoyarsk. The Pushkin Drama Theatre will host a performance about memory and objects, and an exhibition by Zlata Svetlichnaya depicting the city's daily life will open. Guests will also be offered an architectural walking tour of the historic centre and a tour of the estate belonging to collector Gennady Yudin.

Another format is a performance-tour at the V.I. Surikov Museum-Estate. As the location is currently under renovations, there are no exhibits on display there, so the empty halls will serve as a starting point for a conversation about how a museum works.
