​The Festival, aptly named "Rassvety", meaning "Daybreaks", will feature the creation of eight significant artworks on the facades of residential buildings and retaining walls, an educational event programme, and the First All-Russian Street Art Award.

The festival's title evokes the idea of movement and renewal. Daybreak comes every day, but each time is new. The plural emphasizes that such moments are many: each resident and the city itself have or will have their own. Art can capture these moments, making them part of the urban environment, not just an abstraction.

Another distinctive feature of the festival is its thematic depth. Artists will work in three directions:

• Person in harmony with the Self and Nature;
• Siberian ethnic mystical;
• Russian vivid.

— Creative industries, including street art, are steadily developing in our city. Young people's initiatives in these areas always find support here. To immortalise and celebrate Krasnoyarsk's 400th anniversary, the decision was made to organise the "Rassvety" street art festival.

Throughout the festival, up until the end of October, residents will be able to watch professionals at work, meet renowned artists, or even try their hand at street art and take part in a series of graffiti jams.
