2026 European Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships took place in Munich, Germany, from July 7 - 12. The tournament attracted nearly 600 athletes from 19 countries. 

Krasnoyarsk athlete Elizaveta Kryukova took silver medal in the girls' 4 x 200 Freestyle Relay. The Russian team secured silver medals, losing to the Italian team and defeating the British swimmers. This title is Kryukova's first at a international tournament.

In the end, the Russian team won a total of 36 medals and became the leader in team standings, leaving Italy and Great Britain behind. ​
