From the July 7 to the July 12​ 2026 European Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships was held in Munich, Germany. The tournament brought together nearly 600 athletes from 19 countries. 

Krasnoyarsk athlete Elizaveta Kryukova was awarded silver medal in the women's 4 x 200 m Freestyle Relay. Russian women team secured silver medals, losing Italian team and defeating British team. This title became the Kryukova's first at a international tournament.

In the tournament Russian team won 36 medals and became the leader in team standings, defeating Italy and Great Britain.
