​The I International Bakaldin took place in Neryungri, Yakutia. The traditional Evenki festival brought together guests from China and eight Russian regions. The Krasnoyarsk delegation included community leaders, artists, and youth activists, and was one of the largest at the event.

Head of the Republic of Sakha Aisen Nikolaev in his welcoming speech noted that the celebration is taking place during the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, declared by President Vladimir Putin. Aisen Nikolaev also praised the Evenki people's contribution to the development of various industries, emphasizing that their achievements are linked to the careful preservation of national traditions.

Guests at the Festival enjoyed a memorable theatrical performance about the Evenki goddess Ain-Main. The character has become a symbol of the unity of generations of the Evenki people. Sports competitions and contests were also held, along with a fair of traditional handicrafts.

The final concert featured Krasnoyarsk musicians Vladimir Khomenko, ensemble "Osiktakan", ethno singers Aina and Degi, Roman Yolkin, and Valentin Ivanov.

The business programme included the 2nd Youth Conference of the Evenki of Russia, where participants discussed the preservation of their native language, family values, and traditions.

Elvira Kaplina, a member of the regional delegation, shared her impressions:

— I'm very glad I attended such a significant event—the International Bakaldin, a gathering of the Evenki people. Seeing all the progress and activities, I want to do even more to develop our national culture. I hope that the Evenki people will have many more such gatherings.
