Judo World Tournament in Memory of V. Gulidov in Krasnoyarsk

The Russian team topped the medal count at the competition, and specifically representatives from the Krasnoyarsk Region won two bronze medals. The tournament, held in Krasnoyarsk, featured 244 athletes under 21 from ten countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and France. Russia's team was the largest, with 183 judoists.

Uzbekistan finished second in medal count, winning one gold and four bronze medals. Tajikistan rounded out the top three with one gold and one bronze medal each.

Krasnoyarsk wrestlers win silver and bronze at the World Youth Championships

Athletes from the Krasnoyarsk Region won medals at the Brasília 2026 FISU World University Championship Combat Sports. The competition was joined by approximately 1,500 participants from 50 countries.

Yura Ayrapetyan, a student at the Krasnoyarsk Olympic Reserve Sports School, won silver in the 70 kg weight class. Elena Dyachenko, a member of the Buvaisar Saitiev Olympic Reserve Sports School, won bronze in the 55 kg weight class.

Krasnoyarsk freedivers are winners and medalists of the World Championship

Representatives of the Krasnoyarsk Olympic Reserve Sports School "Sputnik" won medals at the CMAS World Championship Freediving Indoor 2026 in Novi Sad, Serbia. The competition featured top athletes from 28 countries.

Krasnoyarsk freedivers won six medals: two gold, one silver, and three bronze. Denis Arshanov, the most successful, won three medals. He won two gold medals in the 100- and 400-meter events, and a silver medal in the 200-meter event.
