In 2026, the Festival will celebrate its seventh anniversary, its fourth edition following the 2019, 2022, and 2024 events. Guests and residents of the regional capital will see the best new productions from puppet theatres in the Urals, Siberia, and the Far East. Eight outstanding performances will be presented by theatres from Omsk, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Kemerovo, Khabarovsk, Surgut, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, and Krasnoyarsk. Additionally, teams from Mongolia and the BRICS countries of Iran and China will participate in the Festival for the first time as part of the non-competition programme.

— This year, the Festival coincided with several significant events, most notably the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia. For us, unity is an opportunity to create and build together, preserve the best, move forward, and explore new things,
emphasised Tatyana Popova, director of the Krasnoyarsk Puppet Theatre and Honored Cultural Worker of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

Festival guests can expect a rich five-day programme, including performances for various age groups, competition screenings, lectures, master classes, and creative meetings with the professional community.
