​Young respresentatives from the CIS and BRICS countries showed off their inventions at the competition.

Ilya Kugushev, a high school student from the Kuraginsky District of the Krasnoyarsk Region, achieved second place in the "Technological Entrepreneurship" category at the international conference "Start in Innovation." The jury highly praised his project, "YarkiyOK," about the creation LED lamps using epoxy resin.

The event is considered the largest project-based learning platform for schoolchildren in Eurasia. It was held at the Phystech Lyceum Technopark in Dolgoprudny. More than 10,000 students, teachers, and experts from 58 regions of Russia, as well as 12 CIS and BRICS countries, participated.

Over 8,000 applications across science, engineering, and technology entrepreneurship were submitted to the project team. More than 350 researchers from Russia, the UAE, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Armenia, and Egypt reached the finals.

The Region's honor was also defended by Daniil Ganin, winner of the regional competition "ProfStart" which is traditionally organized by the Krasnoyarsk Regional Young Pioneer Palace.
