From March 27 to 29, Krasnoyarsk will host one of the largest international sports events, Siberian Power Show-2026, for the eleventh time. This year, more than 5,000 athletes are expected to participate, representing more than 20 countries and 60 Russian regions.

The Festival will take place across three venues: the Siberia International Exhibition Centre, the Crystal Arena Ice Palace, and, for the first time, the Bobrovy Log Fun Park.

The programme will include competitions in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strength training, martial arts, workout, and CrossFit. The Crystal Arena Ice Palace will host the Siberian Dance Contest, while Bobrovy Log will host the BegUP ski slope race.

Among the confirmed Festival participants is Polish strongman Mateusz Kieliszkowski, who intends to defend his championship title in the Power Extreme discipline, which he won in Krasnoyarsk in 2025. Nigerian bodybuilder Bodebi Davo Ndokuro, winner of last year's Siberian Power Show in the Bodybuilding category, will also perform at the Festival. South African athlete Colton Engelbrecht, holder of the title of the World's Strongest Man, plans to set a new world record in the deadlift in Krasnoyarsk this year.

Before the beginning of the Competition, however, both foreign and Russian participants decided to visit the Yenisei-STM Olympic Reserve Rugby Sports School to hold a master-class and talk to the students.

Colton Engelbrecht and powerlifter Lucas Veronezi from Brazil spoke with the young rugby players. The athletes answered their questions and demonstrated exercises for a proper warm-up. The Brazilian strongman even challenged them to a box jump competition. The winner was determined by the height cleared. Ultimately, the initiator of the bet set a personal best. The 35-year-old athlete jumped onto a 150-centimeter box. Nikita Propp, a student at the School, emerged the best among the young rugby players. He received a Lucas Veronezi cap autographed by some of the world's top athletes.
