Over four days, participants competed for dozens of medals in 27 popular and innovative sports. Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Mikhail Kotyukov congratulated the participants on the successful completion and awarded the top-scoring team:

— I thank you for your energy, ardour, discipline, and will to win. We spent several fantastic days consumed by the invigorating atmosphere of sport, competition, and, most importantly, friendship. Today, we repeated the success of the 2019 Winter Universiade: back then, Krasnoyarsk had around 3,000 athletes, and today, just as many are visiting our city to take part in this event. With your energy and effort, Krasnoyarsk has confirmed its status as the winter student sports capital of Russia.

Maxim Urazov, Director of the Department of Physical Culture and Mass Sports of the Ministry of Sports of Russia, and Sergey Kryukov, Chairman of the Russian Student Sports Union, also welcomed the Festival participants and guests and praised the high level of organisation of the event.

The Governor himself presented the main award for the UniverLiga's total winner. The trophy was won by the Gvardia student sports club from the Tyumen Region.
