On December 9, 2025, the doors of MAOU Secondary School No. 21 in Krasnoyarsk opened to guests who arrived on a frosty morning to participate in a unique event— "In-person Reflective Design Workshop", led by Valentina Ovcharenko.

This event brought together delegations from Krasnoyarsk, the Abansky District, Zelenogorsk, Minusinsk, the Kuraginsky District, Berezovka, Lesosibirsk, and even Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic). This was an excellent opportunity to gain experience and discuss innovative methods of reflection for the well-being of teachers.

Over the course of three days, December 9, 10, and 11, workshop participants were actively engaged in the process, meeting each other, and being inspired by new reflection methods. These methods, developed by ambassadors of the Developing Environment Program and successfully tested in educational institutions in the Krasnoyarsk Region and other regions of Russia, have already proven their effectiveness.

For all participants, the "In-Person Reflective Design Workshop" became not just a meeting place for professionals, but a true platform for creative interaction, sharing experiences, experimenting with innovative reflection methods, building a community of practicing reflective designers, and, most importantly, personal and professional growth.

"Body in Action" — the development of body-oriented reflective teaching methods;
"On-screen Teachers' Room" — the application of film pedagogy to the development of a reflective culture in teachers.
