​​This year's International Forum of People's Diplomacy "Dialogue on the Volga: Peace and Mutual Understanding in the XXI Century" took place online in Volgograd, with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo. Representatives of Krasnoyarsk also took part in the work. The Forum's main goal is strengthening cooperation and expanding international public relations. Krasnoyarsk presented its own developments in the field of solving modern global and regional problems. In 2022, our city hosted several events with the participation of representatives of municipalities of foreign states.

— In the spring, the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum was attended by the representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Mongolia, which became a great opportunity of us to agree on concrete tactics on developing our relations. In August, the Krasnoyarsk City Administration officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the delegation from the city of Kokshetau of the Akmolinsky Region of Kazakhstan, – said Inna Dozortseva, Head of International Affairs Division of Mayor's Department.

Moreover, Krasnoyarsk was recently visited by Mongolian school students studying Russian. The visit took place thanks to the support of the Russian House in Ulaanbaatar (the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Mongolia).

The Dialogue on the Volga Forum has been an annual event since 2014. On November 1, a round table meeting on the topic "Prospects for inter-municipal cooperation in the Eurasian space" was held via video-conferencing. The speakers discussed strengthening cooperation between municipalities in the Eurasian region.
