One of the best tenors of our time, the Peruvian opera singer Juan Diego Florez confirmed to arrive in Krasnoyarsk. He will give a concert in memory of his friend, with whom he repeatedly shared the stages of the best leading opera houses. His solo programme, however, will only be a part of a larger ten-day festival named in honour of Dmitri Hvorostovsky.

But wait, there’s more. Opera lovers will have the opportunity to meet the star of Covent Garden’s Sergei Leiferkus, the soloist of the Zurich Opera House Angela Gheorghiu and many other prominent performers on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre. In addition to this rich concert programme, the audience will also enjoy an additional drama performance of the most important episodes from the singer’s life, as well as an exhibition at the Museum-Estate of Yudin G.V. This unique exposition in particular will be available to spectate  for only a few weeks.

«This exhibition is dedicated to all his work. The Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum of Local Lore possesses this collection that demonstrates a retrospective of his whole life starting from birth, and through all stages of his musical formation, his foreign career and up until his passing,» – says Yana Starodubtseva, representative of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Museum of Local Lore.
