Education: In 1981 graduated historical faculty from Krasnoyarsk state pedagogical university.
During 8 years was teaching in Krasnoyarsk state trade-economic institute. Later was a head of business-structures.
In 1986 passed Ph.D. defense of international tights of Siberia in Irkutsk state university.
In 2005 graduated with distinction from St.-Petersburg institute of economics and management with specialty “State and municipal management”.
From 2000 – deputy Head of International Affairs Department of Krasnoyarsk city Administration.
From 2001 – Head of International Affairs Department
From 2015 - deputy Head of Mayor's Department
Married, has two daughters, a grandson.
