Originally, the Festival was called "Siberia-Italy," then "Siberia-Europe," and finally, "Asia-Siberia-Europe." This grandiose musical event is a space for creative collaboration between Siberian musicians and the finest representatives of musical culture from abroad. Siberia—as per the Festival's central idea—is a link, a bridge connecting two great art cultures, East and West.
The Festival is held under the patronage of the Mayor of Krasnoyarsk.
