​​​From June 25th to July 4th  the 2026 IBSA  Europe​an Powerlifting & Bench-Press Championship​​ was held in Mersin, Turkey. Russian athletes, competing under a neutral status, performed successfully at the tournament, winning 40 medals across all age categories.

Krasnoyarsk athlete Ivan Titov won 2 gold medals, securing the champion title in in the weight category up to 90 kg by vercoming two Turkish athletes.

In October 2025,  Ivan Titov was named the​ World champion at the 11th World Para Powerlifting Championships held in Cairo, Egypt. ​​
