16 amazing artworks by Krasnoyarsk artists were printed on a total of 300 sets of postcards.

The postcards idea was realised within the framework of the ARS-digest project, which was organised by the Krasnoyarsk Creative Union of Artists. The goal of the project is to familiarise the peoples of Russia and abroad with the cultural potential of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

— The first collection includes just a small fraction of works by Krasnoyarsk authors. We plan on releasing the second collection at the end of the year. We want every artist of the creative union to be represented in the collection. United by one creative idea, we can allow the names of our artists to travel the world, – says Nikolay Balyshev, president of the Krasnoyarsk Creative Union of Artists.

The artists for the first collection of postcards were Marina Nikitina, Vladimir Afanasyev, Nikolay Balyshev, Vitaly Bondarenko, Pyotr Bordokin, Vladimir Virovoy, Valery Kovger, Vladimir Kolpakov, Sergei Loshakov, Georgi Nikitin, Yuri Maltsev, Viktor Samoshkin, Oleg Timokhin, Alexei Khvastunov, Alexander Tsekhmistrov, Leonid Schemel.
