The Exemplary Choreographic Ensemble «Ryabinka» took gold in the Dancemania International Choreography Competition.

The dance team performed the Cherevichki dance, which won over the jury consisting of modern renowned dancers, including: ballet dancer of the State Dance Ensemble «Russia» Sergei Melnikov; soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre Maria Khoreva; laureate of world choreographic competitions Imo Elsvizi and others.

— The Dancemania Competition is absolutely not a standard event that Russian dance teams are used to. In this project, long before the actual performances, the  entire jury board works painstakingly with choreographers and ensemble managers to improve the level of the team's professional skills, helping dancers to come to the competition in the best possible shape. We're glad our international competition is turning into a whole academy, accepting more than 300 amateur groups from all over Russia and the CIS countries for full-time projects.

The Exemplary Choreographic Ensemble «Ryabinka» bases at the Krasnoyarsk Centre for Cultural Initiatives. The repertoire of the team comprises children's dance, folk dance and traditional dances of the peoples of the world. The members are engaged in classical, folk-stage dance and such, constantly leveling up dance techniques and styles.
