The  FIRST FTC International Robotics Championship took place in Tel Aviv (Israel) 2^nd of March,  2017. 40 teams from Israel, Romania, Russia, Uganda participated in Israel Open International Robotics Championship. Two national teams of Krasnoyarsk presented Krasnoyarsk region - «Gradient» and «Future Engineers».

Krasnoyarsk teams had to present an engineering book to the judges. Engineering book had to include detailed stages of constructing and programming robot  and cooperation with other teams of FTC on the city, country and international levels. Participants had to present their book and answer the questions in the English language and they managed to do that very well.

«Gradient» team awarded the prize «PC Design awards» for creating the book, including a detailed description and robot draft.

The main part of the competition was on the nomination «Game of robots» in two divisions. Every team had to held at least 5 qualifying matches for entering in final. Participants had to demonstrate the robot work on the in autonomous and controlled mode and perform the maximum number of tasks during the matches.

«Future Engineers» team won the qualifying matches in their division and reached the final in Championship.

However, Krasnoyarsk team in a obstinate fight lost to the teams of Romania and Israel in the final match and took 4th  place in the nomination "Game of robots".

Krasnoyarsk teams become winners in the Robotics Championships of different levels numerous to times. Krasnoyarsk teams could participate in the  International Robotics Championship due to the  victories in the «IQ-Robot» Championship and Siberian  Robotics Championship "Rob-Sib" in Irkutsk.
