The Pilot Youth Centre has been working for more than 10 years as a city art-residence and supporting youth initiatives.
It became the 2nd Krasnoyarsk art-residence, which was included in the Tavrida.Art network.

Now Pilot has access to the Tavrida.Art unified information platform. The teaching staff of Russian creative institutes and Tavrida.Art speakers (or its residents) will be invited to Krasnoyarsk as experts; young people from Krasnoyarsk will get the opportunity to take part in federal creative and educational events organized by Tavrida.Art network.
Veronica Kloberdants, the Head of the Main Department of Youth Policy:
The Pilot's recognition on the federal level is a high assessment for our whole team. For us it is a vital step in the integration of the creative potential of Krasnoyarsk into the Russian art environment. In 2023 the youth centre was renovated – we added a large hall that can now be transformed to suit any event, an improved exhibition space, dressing rooms for artists and a large lobby. It is also now fully accessible for people with disabilities. Last year we also introduced a full-fledged outdoor concert venue. We are ready for cooperation with our colleagues and for new ideas.
The Pilot's space was renovated thanks to the Krasnoyarsk Region's victory in the "Region for the Young" competition, organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs as part of the "Education" national project initiated by the President of Russia.
