The «WCT Dutch Masters Mixed Doubles» international curling tournament finished up in Netherlands. The competition was attended by 15 teams from  Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Hungary, Switzerland, Scotland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain and Germany.

 The team of  Krasnoyarsk Krai presented by Vasily Groshev and Anna Venevtseva was one of the teams representing Russia at the competition. Krasnoyarsk curlers confidently reached the final, where they met with representatives of Czech Republic. The meeting ended with the score 7: 4 in favor of the opponent team and Krasnoyarsk sportsmen are returning home with the silver medal. The third place was taken by athletes from Hungary.

It is a real breakthrough for Krasnoyarsk team. The team reached such a level in international competitions for the first time in the history of Krasnoyarsk curling.

Now Krasnoyarsk athletes will be preparing for the Russian championship in mixed-pair curling, which will be held on January, 22-28 in Sochi.
