Residents together with the management companies and housing cooperative modernize and decorate their home territory even in cold weather.

Residents of the house № 44 "G" on the Severo - Yeniseiskaya st., jokingly call their yard a Mini-Hermitage. There are easels with ten paintings on the flowerbeds. They were made of various materials: cones, Christmas balls, fir branches. The exhibition was named  "New Year's vernissage".

"Last year our yard took the first place in the winter stage of the contest "The most comfortable district" in  nomination "The best winter yard of Krasnoyarsk city". We won a 130 thousand rubles grant, the money has been spent on repairs works and landscaping the yard ", - Chairman of the board of directors of housing cooperatives Lyudmila Kolkova told.

In the courtyard on the Severo - Yeniseiskaya st., residents arranged a corner of the Far North with the plague, Chukchi man, deer and penguins. In the neighborhood - a snowman, four sofa mattresses and one pillow were needed to make it. There are colorful houses made of old bedside tables under the Christmas tree.

Workers of the management company assist residents in the improvement. Residents also plan to establish an ice hill for children next winter.
