​The Krasnoyarsk aerobics studio "Classic style" participated in the International sport aerobics competition 2018 "Russia – China - Mongolia" among 4-9 years old children, which was held in the sister-city of Manchuria (China) in the beginning of October.

Participants of "Classic style" studio headed by Master of Sports of Russia in sport aerobics Victoria Persits took part in the competition. She said, that the studio was founded in 1996 and has been successfully developing for 20 years, increasing the number of participants and gaining sport and creative achievements, which include prizes in the Championship of Russia and the Championship of Siberian Federal District in sports aerobics.

Aerobics Studio "Classic style" was created in 1996 by Kachaeva Julia Vladimirovna. The studio has been developing successfully for 20 years. The number of participants increases, as well as sports and creative achievements.

Creative development program:

Aerobics is a harmonious combination of physical, mental and social factors. This is beauty, health, relaxation, friends and socializing. The activity of the studio is aimed at improving the health of children, developing general physical training, coordination, and motor skills through sports aerobics. The purpose of the studio aerobics «Classic style» educate athletes of high qualification. Exercises of sports aerobics remind floor exercises of gymnasts, but do not contain too complex technical elements, like gymnastic or acrobatic. They are performed at a high pace with a clear musical rhythm.

Achievements and awards:

Regularly, since 1996 the team has won prizes at the Regional Fitness Festival. Studio participants also take prizes at the Championship of Russia and the Championship of the Siberian Federal District in sports aerobics.

Already in the first year of classes, children take part in competitions - at the Championship of the junior sports school and at the Championship of the city in sports aerobics. Most of the children who are studying now have already completed the second junior level in a year and won prizes.
