The unified call center of the 29th Winter Universiade 2019 started its work in Krasnoyarsk. The operators are ready to answer any question on the Games on number 8 800 707 2019, the call is free.

The unified call center of the Universiade was created for the provision of the information on the upcoming international sports event for everyone interested. The operators provide the detailed data on the upcoming Games: sports included into the programme, the schedule of the test events and Games competitions, accreditation rules, etc. Besides the call center staff will inform you on the location of the Winter Universiade 2019 venues of the and will explain you the way to them.
