​Active citizens presented the project "Krasnoyarsk cares!".

Mayor of the city of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin met with activists and volunteers of the project  "Krasnoyarsk cares!". Participants of the project talked about realization of public initiatives on improvement and transformation of the capital of the region and also made a number of proposals for the further development of the activist movement during the meeting.  

The project "Krasnoyarsk cares!" launched two months ago, bringing together people who are ready to make their city better. Their initiative manifested itself in several directions during this time: volunteers organize voluntary Saturday clean-up, clean coasts and parks, equip their yards, houses and nearby territories, build playgrounds and help the elderly. Activists note the positive effects from the implementation of their ideas - for example, from posters painted by pupils of kindergarten №72 with a call to the owners of dogs to clean up areas after their pets, from the plates calling for cleanliness written in the poetry style, that residents of one of the houses placed in their yard. Many Krasnoyarsk residents like the idea of plugging -  combining health working out with  garbage collection.

Mayor of the city of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin noted that the activists of the movement "Krasnoyarsk cares!" help to make a good push for improvement. "Citizens  have launched ultra-modern formats for the transformation of the city, investing their strength and soul in this good cause. We also change attitudes and philosophy. A bright example of a new landscaping approach is the creation of a policeman service. The army of our allies Krasnoyarsk people is growing, their projects are gradually covering all the city districts. In addition, the newspaper "Urban News" launched a new project "Board of Honor and Shame" with exemplary entrepreneurs and antiheroes of improvement of public services. This is definitely a new evolution of Krasnoyarsk", - Mayor of the city of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Eremin underlined.
