​​New prospects in the development of gastronomic education in Krasnoyarsk

Today, Interim Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss met with representatives of the Paul Bocuse Institute. The parties discussed the prospects for the development of gastronomic education in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on the basis of the Higher School of Restaurant Management of the Trade and Economic Institute of the Siberian Federal University. During the meeting was also discussed the prospect of creating a representative office of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Krasnoyarsk.​

During the conversation, the sides agreed on further steps to discuss the implementation of the project of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Krasnoyarsk.
