The program of the festival included the performance of creative groups and various master classes. Most importantly, for the first time in 15 years the concert was attended by the Azerbaijani Folk Song and Dance Ensemble Odlar Yurdu tutored by Agil Jafarov and the People's Choreographic Ensemble "Armenia" tutored by Georgy Melkonyan. There was also opened an art gallery of children's pictures.

According to the creator of the festival, the director of the creative center No. 3 Nikolay Bolsunovsky, the main purpose of this project is to provide both material and moral support to special children. All collected funds are transferred to help those in need of long-term treatment.

"The topic of the festival this year is "The Best Day!". The festival itself became one of the best days in the lives of children, both those who received help and those who had a chance to help. It's very important to feel that we all, together are doing a very good thing. This understanding unites us. I wish there would be more days like this, to make the world a better place," shared his impressions Nikolai Bolsunovsky.

This festival confirms it. I'm grateful to those who put their heart into this and give this feeling of kindness to the children. The ability to help other people is the most valuable thing on Earth."
