​Kuraginsky district develops a social-economic cooperation with Mongolia.

Delegation of Ulaangom (Mongolia) has visited Kuraginsky district in November, 2017. Sides discussed cultural and economic projects during the visit.

Friendship was connecting Kuraginsky district and Ulaangom (Mongolia) during 4 years. Cooperation of two territories  started with joint cultural projects.

Members of delegation of Ulaangom met with Heads of region administartions, manufactories, organizations and  entrepreneurs.

Guest from Mongolia said: «Agriculture in Russia is holding on a very high level, so, we have something here to learn about. We hope, that  meeting helps us to solve a lot of problems. We can offer to Russians technologies of processing wool, leather, you are hardly aware with and Mongols have moved far in this direction».

The second day of the visit had brought to Mongolian delegation new acquaintances, agreements and plans. In  region administration  guests met with  entrepreneurs of the district, among them were farmers, loggers, builders.

The information about the production of vegetable oil, which is not produced on the territory of Mongolia, but is bought in China or Russia, has aroused a huge interest.

The guests were also interested in the possibility of building wooden houses in Ulaangom from timber produced in the territory of Kuraginsky district.

The result of the delegation's work was the signing of a protocol of intent with the leadership of  Kuraginsky district.

According to the Mayor of Ulaangom Purevzhav Tseveen, the trip was productive.
