​Head of Department of Social and Economic Development Alexander Tsaplin held a meeting with delegation of Embassie of  Republic of Austria in Russian Federation.

Alexander Tsaplin greeted the members of  delegation and expressed the hope that their visit to Krasnoyarsk would be successful.

Deputy Head of Mayor's Department – Vadim Falaleev acquainted members of  delegation with the main stages of the historical development of Krasnoyarsk and a presented the basic information concerning the industrial potential of the city.

Head of Department of Social and Economic Development Alexander Tsaplinc told about the main enterprises of the region engaged in the production and processing of aluminum, processing of gold and precious metals, as well as enterprises of the machine-building complex.

The Head of delegation, regional Director for External Economic Relations with Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Foreign Trade Department of the Federal Economic Chamber of Austria Mikhael Angerer thanked the representatives of  city administration for hospitality and clarified that the main purpose of this visit is a business mission. Representatives of nine Austrian companies including various manufacturing companies of municipal equipment, small hydroelectric power stations, processing of artificial materials, materials transportation systems arrived in Krasnoyarsk  during this business mission.
