​​The name of the youngest Ambassador of the Winter Universiade 2019 - Zlata Demyanova has been recorded in the Russian Book of Records

On June 2, 2017, the representatives of the Russian Book of Records have officially recorded that the resident of Krasnoyarsk Zlata Demyanova is the youngest ambassador in the history of the Universiades.

Zlata Demyanova became the ambassador of the Winter Universiade 2019 on December 26, 2016, after the approval of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region. Her candidature was supported by the present ambassadors - Nikolay Olyunin, the silver medalist of the Olympic Games-2014, Alena Zavarzina, the bronze medalist of the Olympic Games-2014, World champion, and Victor Wild,  the bronze medalist of the World Championships-2013.

Zlata Demyanova is a young athlete, actively engaged in swimming, gymnastics and alpine skiing, she participates in sports competitions and training camps. She has her own YouTube channel where she tells the young audience about different sports, the Krasnoyarsk region, shares the details about the events, held within the preparation for the Winter Universiade 2019.

We remind that among the ambassadors of the Winter Universiade 2019 are such eminent athletes as Alexey Yagudin, Dinara Safina, Svetlana Masterkova, Eugeny Ustyugov, Alexander Semin and other stars. On June 10, within the celebration of 389-years anniversary of Krasnoyarsk city, the Winter Universiade 2019 Ambassador inaugural ceremony was held, where the winner of the fifth season of the popular vocal reality show "The Voice" Daria Antonyuk performed.

​The tasks of the Ambassadors include the popularization of the 29th Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk, the promotion of student sports and a healthy lifestyle among people of different countries, generations and interests.
