​The Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Edkham Akbulatov met with delegation of  Switzerland Confederation Embassy in Russia during the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum – 2017.

Representatives of foreign countries arrived in Krasnoyarsk for participating in KEF-2017.

Delegation of Switzerland Confederation Embassy in Russia is a constants participant of KEF-2017. Head of delegation, counsellor in the spheres of eco- clean technologies, energy and agriculture - Evgeniy Makarov said: “We appreciate this KEF-2017 space as a field for active discussions and open opinions’ exchange. We also see the positive tendency: more and more Switzerland companies are interested in establishment of cooperation with Krasnoyarsk organizations ”.

The Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Edkham Akbulatov thanked delegation for already traditional participating in Forum and expressed hope for cooperation and realization of common projects between  Krasnoyarsk region, Krasnoyarsk city and  capital of Switzerland“. Development of the cooperation with foreign countries  is one of the crucial task for our city. We strike for companies find each other for experience exchange and realization of beneficial projects. Today, we work with  Switzerland in the list of fields, including the implementation of advanced technologies in engineering.  Of course, the package of our common  projects needs to be expanded”, -  Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Edkham Akbulatov said.

Participants of the meeting focused on the ecological issues. This area is one of the key topic  during the KEF-2017.

Head of delegation- Evgeniy Makarov said: “Switzerland could built the effective system of recycling. We have no polygons. Mechanical or thermal processing is used. One of our task is to assist to positive tendency in this area that we see in Russia. We also have a range of offers for improving the ecological situation in Krasnoyarsk region”.

In His turn, Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Edkham Akbulatov invited Switzerland partners to an active dialogue and experience exchange in this area.
