The festival is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the founding of Israel and the establishment of its diplomatic relations with the USSR. The events began at the Krasnoyarsk Cinema House with a screening of the Israeli tragi-comedy "The Human Resources Manager" (2010).

The film won the Audience Award at the Locarno Film Festival. This unusual look at the nature of awareness in 2010 was presented to the audience by Eran Riklis, a director, screenwriter and producer. He was educated in England and became famous as the creator of movies and TV series not only in Israel, but around the world. His works win prizes at the Berlin, Venice, Moscow international film festivals. The author is no less popular in his homeland - for example, his film "Zohar" became the highest grossing Israeli film of the decade.

On May 12, the V.I. Surikov Museum opens the exhibition "Meyer Axelrod. The Family Portrait", dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding artist Meyer Axelrod. The exhibition includes more than 30 original paintings and drawings from the 1930s-1960s. On May 13, guests of the АйнArta Gallery will have the opportunity to discover the unique world of the Israeli photographer Dmitri Brikman. The exhibition includes photographs from the photo film "Prayer of Jerusalem" and "Shadows of Jerusalem", created by Dmitry in the genre of photo translation.

All of the events are held under the authority of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Moscow.
