— The Winter Surikov Art Festival has become a cultural brand of Krasnoyarsk in the 17 years of its existence. Every year, we not only try to discover the work and life of our great countryman in a new way for Krasnoyarsk residents, but also unite cultural and art figures of different genres and generations under his name. This is the most important unifying and creative mission of our festival, – said Lyubov Sakharova, Head of the Main Department of Culture.
