Russian social network VKontakte will hold private screenings of independent films in Krasnoyarsk within the festival “Cinema in the Cinema”. The list of films selected for screening is made up of films that did not collect a large box office during the rental period but were marked by positive reviews from viewers and film critics.
The festival is aimed at increasing the audience's interest in independent films, as well as supporting distributors.
The list includes the following films: “Supereroi” (2021) directed by Paolo Genovese, “Mainstream” (2020) directed Gia Coppola, “Diabolik” (2021) directed by Antonio and Marco Manetti, and “Maigret” directed by Patrice Leconte (2022).
The screenings will take place at Kinomax cinema located in Planeta Mall every weekend from July 9 to July 30.
Tickets for private screenings are raffled off by the organizer in a special application on the social network. In order to participate, you need to open the “Cinema in the Cinema” application, select the film and time and publish a special story on your VKontakte page.
