​Snowboarder Dmitry Loginov brings back home to Krasnoyarsk two gold medals from Austria, where the Snowboard Junior World Championships took place recently.

Dmitry became one of 100 participants who came to the Lakhtal resort. The Divnogorsk athlete became the winner of the parallel slalom discipline. The second place was taken by Cody Winters from the USA, while Jean Casanova from Switzerland came 3rd.

— The next day, the athletes fought for the title of the mightiest in the parallel giant slalom. Loginov won gold again. Silver medalist is Ole-Mikel Prantl from Germany, bronze was won by Arno Godet from Canada, — says the Ministry of Sports of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

Meanwhile, the junior sergeant of the Krasnoyarsk city police Olga Artoshina successfully performed at the 41st SAMBO World Cup and won gold in the respective discipline.

The competitions were held in Moscow at the Luzhniki small sports arena. Sambo wrestlers from 15 countries took part in the competition. Olga Artoshina, a representative of the Krasnoyarsk regional organization, participated in the national team in the weight category over 80 kg. As a result of the competition, she took first place, snatching victory from Anastasia Grishchenko from Belarus.
