​Next week an Urban Green Festival dedicated to environmental education «Ecolife» will be taking place in Krasnoyarsk. Various venues will be open in Central Park on Saturday, September 19.

According to the official festival page, anybody can attend the master classes prepared, take part in quests, listen to lectures on ecology and waste sorting, and see how an ecological laboratory works. In addition, a recycle centre will operate in the park. On site, Krasnoyarsk residents will have the opportunity to hand over waste paper, glass, plastic, aluminium cans, canned food cans, used foil.

The organisers of the festival are the regional branch of the Urban Renovations All-Russian organization with the support of the Krasnoyarsk City Administration Main Department of Youth Policy and Tourism.
