​Federation for International Bandy decided that the World Cup for the club teams for men will be held in Krasnoyarsk this coming winter. The World Cup has been held in Sandviken, Sweden since 2009 but the tournament’s next place will be the home town of the Russian Super League team Yenisei.

The World Cup in Krasnoyarsk will be played December 17-20 this year. We will publish further information on the FIB website as soon as the details become clear.

The Bandy World Cup has been held since 1974. Hockey players of the Krasnoyarsk team Yenisei won the first trophy four times: in 1982, 1984, 2011 and 2015.
