One of the main innovations is a special nomination for the best mobile film «Who is your hero?», ni which short movies filmed on a mobile phone will be competing.

From September to April, Yenisei Cinema, with the support of the Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation, has been implementing the Mobile Cinema: Who is Your Hero project, in which the youth of Krasnoyarsk Region receives professional cinema-related knowledge. According to the results of said training, participants make their own mobile films, which can join the main competition of the festival.
