A total of two Russian photographs were presented at the «Shining BRICS, Shared Future» exhibition: «The Ice sculpture» by the Krasnoyarsk photographer of Gorodskie Novosti news source Alexander Chernykh and a photo sketch about the life of a city by Natalya Kambarova from Samara.

«Creating ice sculptures is a long-time and beautiful tradition of Krasnoyarsk,» – Alexander Chernykh says. – «I have been taking pictures of the works of Krasnoyarsk and foreign sculptors for a long time now, and I watch their exhibitions and competitions closely. And I must note, every year the skills of ice artists are growing exponentially. I have no doubt that the topic seemed interesting to our foreign partners in the BRICS group exactly for the reason this kind of ice art is sort of exclusive to Russia»
